You should be able to download a copy of the Xfinity Assistant chat conversation transcript during the conversation by clicking "Download Transcripts" in the chat menu. Unfortunately, after the Xfinity Assistant chat conversation is closed, the transcripts are no longer available. However, if you have communicated with us over direct message through X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, or the Xfinity Community Forums you should see the conversation history with in the direct message platforms. If you are having a concern with your account, you can view your account details in the Xfinity app, or the Xfinity.com web portal. Also, for any account concerns we would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction.
