My cable needs to be buried
I have been a long time customer of more than ten years and have reached out about my cable exposed and not buried. The short solution was the cable has been clipped to brick wall condo unit. But on rainy days this leads to spotty connection. I need someone to come to my address and bury the internet cable please.
