My Cable Lines Are Still Not Buried

We have been waiting for 8 weeks to have our cable lines buried. We've called the customer service line several times and have spent hours on the phone waiting for a representative. Each time they claim that a ticket was made for the order.  On each occasion an Xfinity employee comes out to "review the job". But no one comes to do the work. We've also gone to our local Xfinity store. After waiting for an hour, they also allegedly made a "ticket for the order", once again an employee comes to look at the job but no one comes to bury line. I've also requested to speak to a supervisor who who told me an order was placed and the work would be done on 10/22/26. That day has come and gone. Meanwhile these cable are a safety hazard in our yard. Is anyone at Comcast listening to their customers? This is an unacceptable way to treat customers and I would appreciate a reply from someone at Comcast to address this issue.

There is no chat icon available on my page. Is there another way we can communicate?

@XfinityRaul  There is no chat icon on this page to click even after refreshing. Is there another way you can contact me? It shouldn't be this difficult.
