Hello, @user_3gk9k6 thank you for taking time to create a post here over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and understand needing to get the low hanging line fixed. If you weren't aware, Xfinity customers can report a low hanging line by following the steps outlined on this helpful document: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue .
I can also get a ticket opened from my end as well, please let me know what method works best for you. To open a ticket, I'll need to gather some information we don't want here in our public conversation and would need you to send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address

Excellent service once I called Comcast, logging into Xfinity web site was a nightmare and never got through to anyone.
