my bill

I was told the dispute over my cancellation back sometime around Sept. 2025 was resolved, yet I have just received a bill for my new account to be installed today and it still includes the amount I was told was dismissed from my previous cancellation.  Is this company so greedy they have to harrass an old man who lives on Social Security and television and internet are his only source of entertainment.  I cancelled and it was not followed up correctly on your end.
