My bill

my bill is supposed to be $35 a month because I have seasonal usage. It was agreed-upon by a customer service rep that my bill would only be $35 a month and it is coming as 60. This is the third time I’ve tried to handle this situation

user_5e6jvy Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forums Team. I can see how your higher than expected bill would be a concern. I'd be happy to look into your billing, and provide some next best steps on resolving the issue. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
