My bill

I mailed my bill for Dec18 on the 14th of December. It never posted in my bank account. I decided to sign up at xfinity. I saw where you never received it. I immediately made the payment on line and even paid next months bill. I always make my payments on time and was wondering if you could refund my late charge.
