My at home wifi

My internet keeps kicking us off our services for the wifi. I've tried calling numerous times only to speak to the stupid animated service.  I've been calling for months now.Trying to get this resolved, and that's not going anywhere. If you guys can't fix my service, then I'll take my business elsewhere. Hyundai wanna reimbursement for my wifi. Hey, kids kicks us off daily. So we have to keep signing in on our device. I've ran troubleshooting Earthquakes times and nothing ever gets. The better for the service. I'm at work right now. And I need my service to be fixed. Or I'll be canceling it tomorrow

Hello there user_dpkefd and thank you for being an active member of our community with your post! I understand exactly how hindering an inconsistent internet connection can be as someone that works from home, and above all we'd hate to lose you as a member of the Xfinity famly, so know we'll do everything possible to ensure you're getting the best connection possible 👍

Can you start by telling me a little more about the issues you're running into at home such as if you're losing your connection at a specific time of day or when certain activities are attempted?

I'm still having the same issues to this day and it's been a few days. I had gotten an message, that there was a network issue in my area, and it's still affecting my wifi at home. After you guys claimed, it had been fixed

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Such as rebooting the modem manually or through the Xfinity App? A good place to start would be HERE
