@user_8fkm27 Thank you so much for your post about your new address and getting services set up. The address you included in your post was removed due to it being personal inforamtion, but I was able to check it on my end. Your new home has not been connected to our network yet. It is in our service area but from what I can see it is over 300FT away from our current connections near you, some construction may be needed. I would be happy to submit a request for you to see if we have the option to get your new home connected if you would like but since the location is not currently connected to our services that is why you are getting that message when searching your new address. The area may already have connections set up for another provider, I would check with the management for your neighborhood to see if by chance they already have services with another provider.
