My address is units A through G but comcast only has the main address and my service keeps getting shutoff as people sign up

My address is a row of duplexes A-G and it is listed on comcasts website as just the address with no units.  When someone signs up for internet it kicks off someone else who already has an account.

No one in the store will help me and no one can point me in the right direction in order to get this fixed.  Please Help!

Thank you for responding

I was told on the customer service phone line that it was resolved but I'm not sure it was fixed.  When I search the address on the xfinity website it still shows up with one address.  When I look up other addresses it shows the units
