My accounts says I have 2 tv boxes but I only have 1
my account says I have 2 tv boxes but I only have 1. I exchanged several broken boxes 2 weeks ago fixing my plan and now it shows the wrong number of boxes. I think that 1 box was not scanned as returned by the store. I asked Asst Manager DEVON for a receipt but he had already taken the box to the back and said he couldn't figure out which one to give a receipt on. Now what? How to do a equipment audit and open a research ticket to fix this before I get billed. I went to the Greenacres, Fl Branded store and the ASST-MANAGER DEVON handled the whole transaction. He seem unable to fix it and made me walk out without a receipt. Please help.
UPDATE: spoke by direct message to xfinity community forum employee for over an hour and got nothing accomplished. total waste of time. 1 hour just to authenticate my identity and no speaking of the problem or solution. Go to the Official Xfinity store - don't waste your time on the phone or chatting. They can't help you.

My solution is NOT to direct message here. That is a complete blow-off waste of time. Get in your car and drive to the Official Xfinity store - not the branded store. Stand in short line and present your problem and get it solved. Or go post on reddit or facebook where the astroturfers will quickly try to get you off the platform and to stop telling the world what xfinity is really doing to their customers.
