For example, when a new account is created, or a new plan is provided for an existing customer, we do send a customer approval with the terms of the plan. You can also read more here https://www.xfinity.com/corporate/customers/policies/subscriberagreement about our residential subscriber agreement and what's included, which we do ask customers to acknowledge before starting services.
