Hello Xfinity Support,
My name is [Private Information], and I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer in Golden Valley, MN for several years. I truly value the service and the channel lineup I currently have, but my monthly bill has become difficult to manage.
I would like to request a full review of my account to see if there are any current promotions, loyalty discounts, or bundling options that could reduce my bill while allowing me to keep all of my existing channels.
In addition, I’d like to make sure I’m receiving the newest available equipment, including the latest Xfinity TV boxes and remote. If an equipment upgrade can be included at no additional cost as part of my plan review, that would be greatly appreciated.
I am also aware of new Xfinity internet plans with a five-year price guarantee starting at $55/month. Could you please let me know if I qualify for one of these offers, and whether it can be paired with my current TV package?
For reference, I’ve seen competitors in my area (Spectrum and YouTube TV) offering comparable packages for lower monthly costs, but I would prefer to remain an Xfinity customer if I can lower my bill and update my equipment.
