Hi, It says that I am a "secondary user" or "whoops something went wrong" everytime I try to access my account. To be clear, I am the only user of my account. I can't even view or pay my bill. How can this be resolved?

Can you please confirm how you are trying to log into your account? Are you using the My Account App or logging in online? Can you please confirm you are using the correct Xfinity ID when attempting to log in?
