my account system status

when I log in to my account and go to system status page it shows the three xi boxes on my system, the main box and two sub boxes. the main box is shown as connected. the 2 sub boxes are shown as " status unavailable" even though they are all on line and working fine,I have not been able to use the restart function on my xfinity page. If I need to restart those boxes, I must manually disconnect power and then reconnect.

After 3 months and over 40 hours of talking to  "service agents" that have not been able to correct the problem. I was connected to a loyalty agent tonight and he has the same problem and it is a system wide problem that has to be worked on.

the point is, why is this information not provided to the chat agents and the the techs that service and install equipment.

I am very frustrated that I had to spend 3 months and over 40 hours on chat agents and 1 house call just to find it is a system error.
