My Account is Being Cancelled Accidentally without my request

Hi Xfinity Support,

I received an email today that my service is being cancelled today upon my request, but I never requested it to be cancelled. It's very important that the service continues without interruption. I'd be happy to provide more information on my service details if needed. This is very urgent.
