My Account has been blocked

My Account has been blocked because Comcast charged me for services even though I didn’t have a home or way to use my services. I have talked to probably more than two dozen agents and the best they could do is give me an ECM ticket. 

I ended up paying the said unpaid balance so I can get my internet back while I continued to dispute those phone charges, one agent assured me that doing so would help me get my connection back right away. Soon after the payment was made, another agent tells me that’s not the case. I have been a long time Comcast customer and this is NOT how you treat people.

What does it take for me to just get my connection back?

I want to look into this with you. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page. 
   
  Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
   • Click "Sign In" if necessary
   • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
   • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
   • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
   • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
