My account disconnected by Xfinity without my permission. I'm trying retrieve my old Xfinity home package legacy
Hi my account disconnected without my permission by Xfinity representative. I had home security legacy package for 44.95 and now trying make pay higher price and telling me by some agents legacy package can be retrieve if turn account back on since had pending order on account that had error on it back December 4 when cancel. I was told turn my account back on my home legacy xh package kick back in. I need help retrieving my Xfinity home legacy package. I'm trying get help retrieving my old package? Thanks

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
