My 2-year promotional plan ended and I need to change my plan
Hello! I signed up for my xfinity internet 2 years ago with a promotional price at $25/mo. That two year price had just recently expired now leaving me paying about $85/mo which I cannot afford. Is there a way to contact someone to help me look for a new promotional deal? If I cannot find a new deal I will most likely have to cancel which would be a hassle I don't want to currently deal with. Thank you!
