I am sorry to hear that you did not find the reward in your Rewards Section. Unfortunately, some customers may be unable to redeem the Xfinity Rewards Call of Duty Battle Pass reward due to high demand and a limited supply of codes. If the code is not available on your Xfinity Rewards Page it's most likely due to it being only available while supplies last, as detailed in the reward terms and conditions. My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. You can still visit our Xfinity Rewards Page to take advantage of other available Rewards offerings. I hope this helps clarify.
