Music choice channels?

So I have question I’m just see if anyone else is having issues with the Music choice channels? I like to listen to these channels it’s kinda background noise for me but recently this week it gives me an error code having trouble connecting. I refresh the box, unplugged the box and then I got another box still doing the same thing. The weird thing is my mom has the flex box in her room and music channel is perfectly fine. My box is the main one so I’m not sure what is going on.  Last thing is I already called asking about it and the Xfinity guy tried to help but the system refresh from his end didn’t work.
So I’m just seeing if anyone is having similar issues like me it’s all of the music choice channels starting at 801
