Multple scheduling issues - Bury Cable Line

 I have had a cable line in my yard since October 2021. I have scheduled a tech to bury it multple times since October and no one has come out to date. Just rescheduled again for the 3rd time in the last 7 days. I'm having grass and landscaping done soon and need the line buried first. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I've had several conversations with Xfinity, but have gotten no where.

Drop buries can take on average up to 14 business days to be completed after the request has been submitted.
