Multiple Waitlist Timeslot Entries

I work from home and want to give the widest net possible for waitlist appointments. Right now we have an appointment for several weeks out, but we move in this weekend to our new home and won't have wifi for nearly two weeks with our current appointment time. Is there a way to give the system multiple waitlist dates and timeslots so it alerts me when a sooner time is available for technician support?

Hi @user_1qypyr thank you for choosing Xfinity! We'd love to double-check any sooner appointments though the Appointment Waitlist would be your first step. Do you know if there was any construction or work outside the home needed before the installation?

@XfinityEva No construction or work needed before installation! I'm officially on the waitlist, but I was hoping to increase my odds by selecting more than one date and time when signing up given our WFH situation.

Thank you @user_1qypyr we understand it's vital to have that connection ready to WFH! Let's check the current appointment if you don't mind, could you please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address?

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6.  An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8.  Press Enter to send it.
