Multiple service outages
On February 26 and 27th of 2026, Xfinity notified us that they were upgrading the service in our area. The upgrades were subsequently completed on march 17. Since that time, we have experienced four outages in our area. These outages last anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. If service cannot be restored to a reliable level, we will be forced to change our service provider after having a relationship with Xfinity for decades. Can you offer help?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
