Multiple Service failures with no response feom Xfinity

After several attempts, Xfinity has failed to simply send a maitenance technician to dig a cable line to my townhouse ao that a service techinician can activate my internet service. Xfinity sent an intial maintenance technician, who dug cable internet linea to the wrong address. After hours on the Xfinity chat & multiple phone calls, Xfinity refuses to send a maintenance technician to dig a cable internet service line to my townhouse since June 20th. Xfinity keepa scheduling appointments for service technicians to come to my townhouse only to tell me that they cannot activate my internet service until Xfinity send a person to dig a cable internet line to my residence. After multiple promises by Xfinity customer service agenta that they would send someone out to correct the issue that they caused, I still get no internet service. I have now failed my online coursea due to no internet for 3 weeks. I am just tired of the lies and failure to complete a simple work order for 3 weeks.
