Multiple outages everyday for weeks

Hello. I have been recording lapses in internet connectivity over the past week and things are not improving at all. Our internet service is unreliable and routinely cuts out multiple times per day. What is Xfinity doing to fix this ongoing issue?

Hey there, @user_l9enuw! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your connection, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I know how important it is to have reliable connection as my entire household relies on the connection for school and work.

When you are seeing drops in the connection, is it all devices within the home? Are they hardwired or wireslessly connected? Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you have attempted? Please let us know.

Yes, the internet will not work on any and all devices I own (tv, phone, tablet, laptop, desktop). My neighbors are experiencing the exact same interruptions in internet service. We have all tried every piece of troubleshooting advice and instructions available to us via your AI assistants. We are experiencing multiple outages every single day, for more than a week now. Please help us. I cannot work from home like this. It is impacting my ability to make a living. Thank you.
