Multiple No-Shows by Technician

We waited 6 AM to 8 PM yesterday for a technician who never showed.  Our ticket was 'escalated' and we were scheduled to wait the same hours today, but no one showed again.  There is no option to view the appointment or ticket on the website or app.  What are our options when this keeps happening?

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it

For anyone following this post about missed appointments: I'm giving up on asking Xfinity for help due to postponements and contradiction.  Wasted another week with no progress.
