Multiple Interruptions

I am posting here because this has become more than just a minor inconvenience.

For the past several weeks, our internet service has been unreliable, with frequent outages and inconsistent availability. This isn’t just the occasional slowdown, the service has gone out completely multiple times a week. People in this house depend on the internet to do their jobs, and there have been times when we simply haven’t been able to work because the connection wasn’t there.

Reliable internet is essential, not optional. We’re paying for a service that has not been consistently delivered. At this point, I think it’s fair to ask for some form of compensation, whether that’s a partial credit on our monthly bill.

I don’t want to switch providers, but if this keeps happening without a real fix or accountability, that’s where this is headed. I’m looking for a clear response, a real plan, and acknowledgment of the repeated service issues.
