Multiple Concerns- Plan on Account, Special Pricing

I dropped tv services a few months ago. They still show on my bill. Second, I received a call to speak to an agent because our special pricing is ending. Not sure how this happened after only a few months, not close to a year. Last, I want to know the difference between the internet plan I have and the ones offered in my area for $40/month for a year or $55/month for 5 years. How do I get the help I need? I spent over 30 minutes with the chat bot with no help, just frustration. Thank you for your assistance.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
