Multiple chat agents lied to me and were mocking me
Hello, on a whim I asked an agent if they could potentially restore my service even tho im suspended for a past due amount i cant pay for 2 weeks, he said yes and then I went down a rabbithole of about 6-7 agents who all did the same thing and told me to call back if i needed more help, I now understand that its very unlikely i could get my account unsuspended but my god this is one of the worst customer service experiances Ive ever had, the first 4 agents i spoke to were all being sarcastic about being able to help when i think about it now which is so weird and rude, I would have just liked someone to tell me it wasnt possible instead of giving me an endless run around, I don't think posting this will help me get service back but I do wish a normal human person would speak to me about this.
