Multiple calls, same problem, different outcomes

My last 28 hours were filled with 8-10 conversations with AI Bots with, can only be described as, obvious learning disabilities. 
Four calls froze up. Two disconnected, Several were on an endless loop. One changed my service after stating they were having trouble following the conversation. And one has me scheduled for a service call tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully it will actually be a live person show up and not a Walmart Floor Sweeper BOT.
