Moving
Customer service is awful. My move was wrong so I had to call. Believe me I didn't want to. The CSR was impatient, dismissive and cut me off several times while I was speaking. Asking me questions only to shut me down with interjects as I tried to answer. I plan on looking for a new service once the move is completed, if completed. They have a history of messing it up that seems to be what they are best at. Making customers aware of the facts that they don't care about their client base. Wi-Fi services are everywhere now. Bye bye to Xfinity!!!! This corporation is a dinosaur. Dinosaurs fade. Good Luck!
