Moving

Hello. I currently have Xfinity WiFi and everything. I am moving may 26th (that exact day). I want to transfer my WiFi (I wanna basically start over so I get the deals and card and cheaper prices). Can someone call me and help with that? I call the number online and keep getting the AI never a real person.
