Moving Xfinity equipment OFF OF MY PROPERTY LINE SO I CAN BUILD A FENCE!!!
I have contacted Xfinity MULTIPLE TIMES and spent HOURS trying to get an Xfinity Green Plastic Dome off of my property line so I can build a fence. I have had 2 technicians come out, Feb 11, 2025 and March 1, 2025, both of whom said they would get in touch with supervisor and supervisor would come out. NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE. No RESPONSE FROM ANYONE.
It is located directly ON the property line. I am trying to build a fence between me and my neighbor. I have talked to multiple people at xfinity who can't understand anything other than outages in the area or bad reception, etc.
Why can't anyone help me get this resolved???? I am trying to sell my house, and I need to get this fence up ASAP!!!!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
