Moving to newly constructed subdivision
I’m about to move in a few weeks to a newly constructed townhome in a new subdivision. A ticket has been created to survey the area but I was told it will take 60 days before it becomes serviceable. I find this impossible as the rest of the townhomes which have been turned over just a few weeks earlier are already searchable in the move-in address link. Can someone help me verify this?

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
