Moving to New Location But I live underneath a Business
Hi, I am moving in a week and a half, but I live above a business so the Xfinity website isn't letting me transfer my service but rather is asking me to get a quote for business class internet. I was wondering if there was a way to override this?

It sounds like we'll need to have the address classified as a residential address so that we can get you setup. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address?
