Moving to new address, New address not recognized

Hi, we are moving to new address and closing is on Feb 16th.
We do see the address in the search but once clicked it says address not recognized on the moving request form.

I did talked to an agent through chat and they said they raised a priority request to register the request as Xfinity does serve the area and gave me the request number but i did not receive any email from Xfinity which i was supposed to as said by the agent.
