"Moving to New Address" features don't work
I'm an existing customer, moving to a new apartment at the same/current address and trying to complete the move using your online feature. When I go here Active Address, I click on "Transfer Account" but nothing happens. This is in Chrome and Edge. Several features of the Xfinity website seem to be dead links or pages. Your tech team needs to do an audit of your site to be sure all links and features are working. I'm only an Xfinity customer because it's part of the required package with the property where I live. Otherwise, I'd find better service.

@user_ylzvmq Thanks for adding a post. That is certainly strange and we appreciate you letting us know. The functions are all working for adding orders and transferring service in checking just now. We recommend ensuring cookies and location services are all enabled, so the browsers work successfully. If the troubles continue let us know. We can help with the transfer here on the forums.
