Moving to new address, address not recognized.

We’ve moved into a new house that had a new address created about 3 months ago. Supposedly we’ve been added to the database a week ago, but still can’t be found when using the moving section on the app. We know that service is available as two neighbors close by have xfinity currently, thanks!
