moving to area with no service

What if i had xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile.... With plan contracts and phones still being paid for.... What if i was moving and had to temporarily stay somewhere for a short time(1-2 months) until i permanently moved. What if the place i was staying temporarily didn't have Xfinity service as an option. What if i wanted to continue to pay my bill even if the temporary spot didn't have service.... What would happen with any early termination.... Or anything to that effect. Could someone please tell me what i could do or what options i would have. Thank you in advance for any help received.

Hello, @SinnedCactus. I appreciate you reaching out to us via Forums to get your questions answered regarding your temporary stay at another address. We actually have a service that will assist you while you move to your permanent address.

 

It's called Seasonal Convenience plan and it will allow you to place your account on a reduced rate with limited functionality while you're aware from your home. You can place the account on this plan for a minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 270 days in certain areas. I can check your account to confirm if you're eligible for this plan. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
