Moving to an apartment with a bulk internet plan
Hi, I'm a current Xfinity user and moving to a new apartment next week, providing bulk Xfinity internet service. I heard that I need to request a new modem, return my old one, and switch my account over to the property-provided service. When I talked to an Xfinity agent, he said the specific unit I am moving into in the apartment isn't currently registered in their system, so he couldn't complete the request. So I reached out to my property manager, and she said I need to wait until I move in next week or visit an Xfinity store on my own. I am not sure if this is the right solution. Could you please help me figure this out?

In order to assist you with your transition, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
