Moving to a new place, old account won't let me sign up for internet

I used to have xfinity at a previous address that I cancelled after I moved. Now I am moving into another place that uses xfinity but it won't let me sign up since I have an existing profile. I can't change anything in that profile since it is deactivated. I need to set up internet at my new address.

Hello, @user_7b78fa, give this link a try. If you enter your phone number and follow each step, you will see the option to use an existing ID and link it to the new account.
