moving the cable line from one attachment point on my house to another
I have had the worst time trying to get a human on the phone that understands my problem. This is about the cable line that comes from the utility pole to my house. It attaches to my house right where I need to install a gutter. I cannot seem to get anyone on the various 800 numbers that I've called to understand that, to the point where I actually gave up calling for a month. I need this gutter install done before it gets colder.
There is an existing hook underneath the connection point. A service tech just needs to come out and move the cable from one hook to the other hook. It would probably take a technician 30 minutes tops to do it. I've spent maybe a total of 4 hours on the phone being juggled from one department to the next. I don't understand how it can be this hard.
Someone please help resolve this issue.

Hi user_418e12, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern. I am happy to get a tech scheduled to come out to move the cable for you. To get started on the work order could you please send me a private message with your full name and street address?
