Moving Services to New Address, Don't Know How
I've been trying to change the address to our wifi services, but I can't find the website page to do it. Every time I click on a link that should help me do that such as "schedule your move", it just takes me back to the moving home page where my only option is to "find services in my area". I already did that. I try again, putting in my new address, and my only option is a number to call. I call, and the automated voice tells me to go on the website and it all happens again. I've been going in circles for days trying to give an address, move-in date, or something like that, but I can't. Any help on how to give my new address and move-in date would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

If you moved to a new address you would need to transfer. Did you know you can transfer services? If so you can check out the link: https://comca.st/3PbmKdA to get started! You can also use the MyAccount app to transfer your services! It's not just for paying your bill, troubleshooting your account, scheduling and checking appointments and other features to manage your account. It is super easy to use to transfer. I used it when I moved earlier last year!
