Moving services but won’t let me transfer address
I am trying to move my service as I just moved into a new apartment and I keep getting the message "Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address!" Is this supposed to mean I can move and plug in my router and everything will be fine? I cannot seem to find an answer.

@user_ac4a12 Hello and thank you for bringing your concern regarding the transfer of your Xfinity services to a new address to our attention here at the Xfinity Community Forums. When receiving this message, it is possible that your new address is a 'Wifi ready' location that already includes a preinstalled Xfinity gateway. We can definitely take a closer look at this together to make sure your services are transfered to the new location without issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
