Moving service to new address but still need service in both addresses for a few days

Hi, I am moving to a new address at the end of this month (April) and want to end my service at the current address at end of day April 30. However, I would like to start service at the new address on April 26. Is this possible and how do I arrange it. Furthermore, I'm moving into a new construction house. When I enter the address online, it shows no charge to move service. However, it seems to only work to end service at one address and switch to the other one. I need a few days overlap.

user_9r1mp2 Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance with your transfer of service. I understand you need to have service at both addresses at the same time. We need to open the new account separately instead of processing a transfer. That is something we can request from here.
