Moving service to a new address - issues

I requested to move my internet service to a new location. Last email I received says "order confirmed", and new account was created for a new address. I tried to connect cable modem at my new address - no signal.

What should I do? Thanks.

Hello, @Kostic thanks for bringing Xfinity with you to your new home! Are you able to let us know where you are hooking up your equipment? I would start in the main living area and try all cable outlets in the home. If you are not getting a signal on any outlets we may need to schedule an appointment.
