Moving - service not offered at new address

Hello, we are moving and need to disconnect our service as the new address does not offer Xfinity. I have gone thru the prompts for Moving but there is no option once the address is not found.  We would prefer to do this electronically if at all possible.

Hello @user_eabb9. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hate to see you go, but if you have to cancel, we’ll help make it easy. You can cancel all of your Xfinity services in several ways.

  • Request a call back.
  • Chat with us online.
  • Visit your local Xfinity Store.
  • Complete a simple online cancellation form (we’ll call you within two business days of receipt to confirm your request).
  • Mail a cancellation request, including your first and last name, service address, account number and phone number to (we’ll call you within two business days of receipt to confirm your request):
    Comcast Cable
    ATTN: Service Change Requests
    1701 JFK Blvd.
    Philadelphia, PA 19103

If you want to proceed here, we have all the tools to process your request as well.

Just an FYI, if you're in a contract and have to cancel service because the area you're moving to doesn't offer Comcast/Xfinity services, you may be subject to an early termination fee, as per your contract.
