Moving service — exact unit number not listed

I’m trying to transfer my Xfinity Internet service to a new apartment, but my exact unit number is not listed in the move-service dropdown. Other units at the same address appear. Can an Official Employee help me verify/add the unit so I can move service to the correct address?
