Moving, rep 1 assured me a seamless transfer and I could use existing equipment, rep 2 canceled account erroneously, still need internet
Still in disbelief that I poured over 3.5 hours today chatting and on the phone and my account is currently canceled. Wanted to make it easy and move services from old house to new house and use my existing equipment. Turns out, that wasn't going to be easy and my account is currently canceled and I don't know what to do next.
